Pledge Reminder Process Output

Hi all,


Does anyone have any insight on the logic behind the OOB pledge reminder process? We're not sure what some of the output fields mean or how they are calculated.


We're specifically wondering about the differences between these fields and how the Process Date entered might affect them:

* Amount Due

* Past Due Amount

* Current Due Amount


Would love any intelligence as Blackbaud has zero documentation on this!

    I had to dig into this with one of our consultants a while back - here are some pieces of information for the Past Due / Current Due.

    In the reminder process’s “brain”, any installment due before the “calculate amounts as of” field is considered past due. Any installment due on the “calculate amounts as of” date is considered currently due. Everything essentially relies on the due date of the pledge payment and the date you enter in the "calculate amounts as of" field.
