Now these are not working, I have two big budgets to import, I can't import JE's…. tired of one thing gets fixed and another one breaks.

    Definitely frustrating. I'm assuming you've contacted support for the plug ins, but until it gets resolved, there is the traditional import methods. For the budget it's pretty simple :
