Expense Management

We use Bank of America for our credit cards and we're having issues with legitimate charges on one credit card showing up on a second card. In Bank of America, the charge only shows up on the correct card, but something is happening during the connection to FENXT. This issue started a few months ago and is getting worse every month. The online chat doesn't have a solution and our Customer Success rep is looking into it for us. I've heard it could be a Yodlee issue. Is anyone else having this problem?

    We have had it happen twice so far and that was a few weeks ago.

    We also use Bank of America for our credit cards and have noticed an increase in duplicate transactions these past few weeks. Usually it's two or three transactions but we have had as many as 15 duplicates show up on one card. The only solution we're aware of is to ignore the duplicates in credit card activity.

  • @David Dover we use a different credit card, but we've been getting several duplicate transactions almost daily. I've been working with customer service for over a year with this issue and there doesn't seem to be a solution. I spoke with Yodlee as well and they don't have an answer either. This week our transactions are showing up as credits instead of charges. Very frustrating.
