Hello,

We are currently looking for a Ticketing Platform ( that sell tickets to our athletic games ) one that syncs with Raisers Edge or Blackbaud Merchant services. Would appreciate some suggestions

Also any suggestions on athletic ticketing platforms in general ? The ones i have come across so far are Vivenu and Paciolan ? Any others ones ?

    @Garth George I'm not sure about syncing with NXT, although even if that's not possible as long as you can get the data in a CSV file you should be able to import it. My daughter's college used Hometown Fan for their athletic passes this last year. I cannot comment on the backend of things. We actually also used them at our other daughter's high school and had an app on the iPad there for non-pass attendees to charge. I don't think their fees were too bad. The interface was easy.

    Would the ticket purchases be general admission, or would people need to be able to purchase a specific seat? I think someone on my team has investigated this recently, so I can ask them if it is relevant to you.

    Nothing will use BBMS for the payment processing, aside from a Blackbaud form. Syncing will not be automatic, and would likely require something like Zapier. Even that depends on the fields that are available in Zapier for each product. You could also search in the Marketplace for options.

    @Garth George I think you'll likely have to work with an integration tool to sync this data into RE. There are several that you can choose from already in the BB Marketplace - Importomatic, Importacular, SmartTHING, etc.

    That said - I would ask if you actually want all of this data synced in the first place given that RE pricing is based upon the number of constituent records stored and I could see this drastically increasing your numbers with people who just attend one game and have no interest in donating.
