We are excited to announce that our newest helper is now live in Community! The Community’s new chat bot is in place to help new visitors to Community make sure they are connecting to the right place. Don’t want to chat? You can easily close out the messages by clicking on the “X” and the chat bot will go away. We announced the new feature in our forum, “What’s happening in the Blackbaud Community...” You can subscribe to that forum to stay on top of everything new and exciting happening in Community.
