Raiser’s Edge: Maintaining Accurate Constituent Records Maintain constituent records in the database view and use Batch to add multiple constituent records in a single instance.

Raiser’s Edge: Mastering Batch and Gift Maintenance  Learn how to streamline your gift entry process with Batch; manage your existing cash, stock, and property gifts; and steward and update your pledges in database view.

Raiser’s Edge: Effective Mail Communication Understand common mail tasks, label creation, and conditional mail merges in database view.

Raiser’s Edge: Expert Data Segmentation with Query Merge queries, group records with no common characteristics, and customize query options in database view.

Raiser’s Edge: Data Extraction 2
Create complex exports in the database view through Microsoft® Excel® and Microsoft® Word®. 

Raiser’s Edge: Actionable Reporting
Understand how to make the most out of Reports in database view.

 

Prerequisites

This course has required prerequisites. Completing the prerequisite courses ensures all students have the same baseline knowledge needed to participate in and fully benefit from our advanced courses. For more details, click Course Abstract. Prerequisites include:

• Passing score on the current Raiser's Edge NXT Fundamentals Exam and Raiser’s Edge: Fundamentals—Gifts and Raiser’s Edge: Fundamentals—Query, or
• Passing score on the current Raiser's Edge Fundamentals Exam, or
• Raiser’s Edge: Fundamentals and Certification live two-day classroom event, or
• Raiser's Edge NXT: Fundamentals Bootcamp live four-day classroom event and Raiser’s Edge: Fundamentals—Gifts and Raiser’s Edge: Fundamentals—Query, or
• Raiser's Edge Fundamentals series offered as virtual instructor-led events.
