This two-day interactive workshop includes the following Organizational Best Practices sessions: 

  • OBP: Fundraising—Impact  
    This session introduces how to encourage supporter investment, not just giving, in your mission. You also learn how to identify and set actionable, realistic, and measurable goals and define the outputs and outcomes of your organization’s work. 
  • OBP: Fundraising—Case Statements  
    This session covers how to write compelling case statements for your fundraising campaigns. You also learn and discuss best practices in storytelling, writing, and design. 
  • OBP: Fundraising—Major Giving  
    This session covers what defines a major gift, how to identify prospects, cultivate relationships, and partner with donors to make the ultimate “ask”.  
  • OBP: Fundraising—Donor Retention 
    This session covers the reasons why donors do and don’t give again. You also learn strategies for retaining, engaging, and building lifelong partnerships with supporters.
