We step you through the basics of eTapestry, with hands-on exercises designed with you in mind. Learn to navigate in eTapestry, create and maintain account records, and enter and manage gift records. During data processing classes, learn to create queries, reports, and communications. Access to the eTapestry Fundamentals Exam is included, and you have the opportunity to certify your knowledge.
This interactive workshop consists of the following four classes:
- eTapestry: Fundamentals—Accounts and Journals
This session introduces system navigation and account structure. You also learn to enter and manage constituent, gift, and contact information.
- eTapestry: Fundamentals—Queries, Reports, and Communications
This session covers Queries, Reports, and Communications tools. You also learn how to create queries, standard reports, and donor acknowledgement letters.
- eTapestry: Effective and Efficient Queries
This session covers the Queries tool and how to effectively create groups of records. You also learn how to work with starting queries, the impact of data return types,
and the steps to combine queries.
- eTapestry: Effective and Efficient Reports
This session covers the Reports tool and how to create standard and custom reports. You also learn how queries impact report generation and results.
