    The Blackbaud Outcomes Grantee Portal (https://portal.blackbaud.outcomes.com) will be unavailable for about 10 minutes on the night of April 4th, 2018, between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM ET for system maintenance.     There was an issue preventing the upload of attachments in Blackbaud Grantmaking (formerly GIFTS Online) yesterday.
