  • How to Create a Custom Link for a PDF
     
  • This process allows Sphere users to create links for a variety of documents. The resulting URL can then be used as a hyperlink or its very own webpage on a Thon or CMS.
     

  • How to Run a Payment Details Report
     
  • Being able to run the Payment Details Report empowers Blackbaud clients to review all the transactions that been entered through their Sphere portal. This is one of the most commonly used and referenced reports on Sphere.​
  • How to Edit a Confirmation Email
     
  • Confirmation emails are sent to registrants, donors, volunteers and sponsors after they have completed a transaction. This video walks us through the steps to customize the message they will receive so that a client can strengthen their organization’s brand.
