Add donor comments to Optimized Donation Forms in Online Giving (for some of you)
To give you and your donors additional flexibility, you can add donor comments to your Optimized Donation Forms. From Blackbaud apps, Online Giving in the solution menu, create or edit an Optimized Form. To add the option, under Donation, Additional options, select Comments. For more information, see Optimized Donation Forms.



Add a membership (for some of you)
Now, you can add a membership, with basic membership details, from a constituent's record in the web view. Previously, you could only add a membership in the database view. To add a membership, on a constituent's record, under Membership, select Add membership. For more information, see Add membership.

View membership records (for some of you)
Now, you can view the membership details and membership history for each membership in web view. Previously, you could only view membership history records in database view. To view a membership record, select it from a constituent's record under Membership. For more information, see Membership Records and View membership details.

Accept online registrations for events (for those in the UK and Australia)
You can now let people register for your events online through Online Registration Forms. These forms let your constituents sign themselves and others up for an event, enter their contact information, choose to make an additional donation, and pay their registration fees (for paid events).



From an event record, under Online registration forms, you can add a new form, edit an existing form, or review stats of the effectiveness of your existing forms. In the Form Designer, you can style your form to mimic the branding of your organization's website. For more information, see Online Registration Forms.

Allow registrants to decline RSVPs for online registration forms

Now, you can allow registrants to decline attendance for an event and prevent them from receiving event updates.

From the registration form designer, under Get Started, Registrant options select Allow registrants to decline RSVP to allow registrants to decline attendance from the online registration form.

Note: Registrants who decline RSVP on the event registration form appear as Declined in the list of participants on the Event record to help you remove them from future event updates. For more information, see Participants.

Tip: Select Allow registrants to make additional donations so registrants can still opt to donate even when they decline attendance.
