Hi All, I have a question about RE Query. Let me first explain our current process—we're using Luminate Online (LO) for email campaigns and Omatic Cloud as the bridge between Raiser's Edge (RE) and LO. As part of this process, we store the Luminate ID as an alias type in RE. For an additional sync process, we need a…
I'm finding a gap where we don't have a file import or API to help manage course requests. When a student has requested a class, but then decides to enroll into a different one, the course request stays on the record. So when the student goes to look at the course request for the next term, they see all the past requests.…
How does CRM know so fast that a record has revenue and cannot be deleted and sends back the message → This constituent has associated revenue and therefore cannot be deleted. I would like to know how and what is being checked so I can also use this check myself in sql code. When I get this message I look in all revenue…
Any reason why I can't query on "planned gift" gift type anymore? We have a number of constituents who have that gift type in their records and I need to be able to identify who they are? Is there something I am missing?
Not sure if this is where to ask. I noticed under gift management (overview) in Raiser's Edge, when I click to edit the batch before I approve, I can no longer change the gift type to other. This is not helpful, because going into the database and just making it zero and then reentering the gift, still makes this show up…
We currently use the Queue option in the Database view to run hundreds of reports monthly and export them to a folder. I have been told the Report Scheduler may replace this, which will not work for us. Does anyone know if a queue/export option will be available in FE NXT and when?

You’ll complete navigation tasks and share short audio or video feedback. There are no right or wrong answers—your perspective and…
Hi! my organization has encountered a few challenges with stock/property gifts and gift amendments when generating giving Statements in RENXT, and we’re hoping others in the community may have found a solution. When generating statements from a constituent list, the system allows statements to be produced for donors who…
We are revisiting structure of our Major Gift team meetings to make these gatherings more purposeful, effective and impactful. Would anyone be willing to share their Major Gift team meeting agenda and your assessment of it—what seems to go well/not so well? Thank you.
