Am I missing something? I just watched the grid view batch video and there's a feature to add new grid batch under Add drop down menu or under the ellipsis menu for unapproved batches. Does anybody track this in RE? If so, where do you get the info? BB used to have a Legislative Finder tool but they have discontinued it so I'm looking for other options. Also, do you track this as an address attribute?
For over two weeks now we have not been able to generate client statements in the web view. When running a report, the one time gift and matching gift are not totaled in the export (it used to be). Is there something we're missing? Also, matching gifts no longer appear in the record giving history box, we have to click work with gifts to view matches.
