Blackbaud’s work to introduce organizations as first class entities in Luminate Online was completed with the solution’s 16.1 release earlier this year. The 15.9 release saw the introduction of the Organizations capability under the Constituent360 tab. As an extension of the Organizations capability, the 16.1 release builds on that by allowing gifts and donations to be associated to an Organization. In order to take advantage of this capability, your organization will need to decide whether or not to enable Organization Gifts.  more

The first part of the migration from the LearnCenter to Training Central , Blackbaud University's learning management system, is now complete. While the LearnCenter will be accessible through the month of May, Training Central is now the place to go to register for classes and watch on-demand eLearning courses. more

Here in Austin, TX we seem to have a 5k every weekend for all sorts of causes and reasons. I honestly didn't think we could add any more races into the year and then a couple years ago these novelty races started popping up and took off like crazy. I had friends covered in mud, color paint, glow sticks and zombie blood flooding my Facebook stream. This made me wonder, are these races competing with non-profit fun runs/walks for time/space/participants? Or has it made our already fit community fitter and more likely to participant in more runs?
