Today's "What's New for November 18" included instructions for enabling an automatic phone format for contact cards in Core, but after selecting the Default country I don't see the option to enable phone number validation. Is anyone else experiencing this as well?
According to Why is a user's account inactivated? "Users set up to sign in with Blackbaud ID are not subject to the 395 day lockout for Education Management." However, it seems to not be true? See all the accounts that got deactivated on 2025-09-09.
