Has anyone else experienced random logouts from Blackbaud this month? Several times a day we are logged out with no warning. Anyone else unable to edit the School level for community groups? This has been part of our process in previous years, ie. moving senior parent groups to entire school/alumni groups. But this year we can't edit school levels. Support's only response is since it's greyed out it must not be alterable (thanks).
