Storytelling for Impact session unaccessible

I am trying to watch the Storytelling for Impact session as part of my Virtual Pass, but every time I try, I receive the following error:

Error 500

Return value of DocContainer::downloadUrl() must be of the type string, null returned


I've tried contacting Blackbaud through the Contact Us link twice (in two separate weeks), but I receive no confirmation that my submission has been received. Ironically, the contact us form also seems to have some coding glitches.


I am very disappointed to have paid for this Virtual Pass but cannot even access all the sessions available. Will someone from bbcon please make this session accessible for users?

    I reported this as I too was trying to revisit the recording. I did try this yesterday (1/22) and found it is now working again. This was such a great session!!
