How do I distinguish OLX donations from JustGving donations in BBMS deposits?

Do any of you use Online Express? I am wondering how you reconcile the bank deposits if you need to combine the OLX batch that you need to post in RE7, and batches approved and posted in NXT if they all end up in the same BBMS disbursement?

    Yes, you will need to do an export from the Transaction Search window, as the Distribution Report does not include this information. 
    1. Log into the BBMS site. 
    2. Go to Transactions > Transaction search. 
    3. Enter in the distribution Start date and End date; click the Search button. 
    4. Click on the Export button; choose Comma separated values. 
    5. Open the exported information and scroll to the right.  The information you are looking for is in column AF called "Application".

    I change the GL Post Date to be the deposit date that our finance department receives the donations.  If you only have weekly disbursement, it is easier.  We usually get the cash into our bank account on Wednesday/s.  I push my GL Post date out to the next Wednesday. Check the disbursement schedule on BBMS website.  This is very helpful to balance with Finance.

    We have switched our donation forms from OLX to NXT so all gifts show up in NXT batches. I noticed on the one this morning that "JustGiving"  and a string of numbers are in the reference field, so that helps distinguish between JG and regular donations.
