Spam Issues with JustGiving from Campaign Landing page

After setting up a Campaign through JustGiving and integrating this with our Raiser's Edge NXT, we very quickly had malicious individuals setting up fundraising pages.  We quickly expired our Campaign but are still getting spam fundraisers set up from the Campaign landing page, which I am told cannot be removed.  I am interested in an approval system where a Fundraising page must be OK'd by our organization before it is allowed to be live and available for public view.

We had the exact thing happen - almost 800 fake bot spam pages. We were told it had never happened before and there was nothing to prevent it. This is not acceptable, so we closed down all of our legitimate pages and terminated our JG account until if/when BB can assure us of a safer process. Please consider a safeguarding verification process. We don't have time to deal with cleaning up these fake pages!

For everyone who is asking where the thread is, you're already on it.  Look up at the top of the page and you should see that you are in the Peer-to-Peer Fundraising product area.  I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for or not?

Thank you for the feedback on this Suzanne Taylor‍.  We do have measures in place to prevent these types of pages from being created.  I would recommend to anyone on this thread that has encountered this issue to raise these examples with Customer Support.  By doing so, it allows us to put additional measures in place such as:


-Blocking users by IP address.

-Blacklisting users by email address (where the same email is used to create multiple spam pages).

-Adding keywords to our content filter so that these pages are automatically removed immediately after creation.

This is almost too funny to believe.  You stated I should
raise these examples with Customer Support and I was told by
Customer Support to submit an idea to this community page. 
Here is exactly what customer support told me.

"I would highly recommend submitting an idea on our community
page, which is the best way to provide feedback to our developers,
that you are interested in an approval system where a Fundraising
page must be OK'd by your Charity before it is allowed to be live
and available for public view."

We are having the same issue and it is now April 2021. BB assured us that it was taken care of with our last campaign and evidently it has not. Thanks for letting us know we are not the only ones.
