Year End Letter
What Year End letter do you send to donors? The RE database report does not work for us and it does not appear that NXT offers a solution. We were using a custom crystal report but that is no longer supported and we need a new 3rd party to help us with this letter. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Or if someone knows who I need to contact to be added to Advancement Services List Serv that would be a great resource as well. When I tried to join it said they were no longer taking new members.
We would like to use the crystal report that we have already created and tweak it from year to year and add the possibility of emailing it to our donors. We have a section for hard credits and a section for soft credits. Some households receive one letter while others may receive 2. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
