POSITION TITLE: Individual Giving Manager
REPORTS TO: Director of Development
GENERAL FUNCTION: The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for developing and growing Hunger Task Force’s individual donor revenue; managing a structured and strategic individual giving plan to meet or exceed annual revenue goals; building strong and lasting relationships with individuals; developing revenue growth reports and analyses; establishing and maintaining a formal Planned Giving Program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 Execute a strategic annual giving plan to meet or exceed individual revenue goals

 Measurably increase individual revenue by identifying, soliciting and cultivating new individual donors through prospect research, face-to-face meetings and tours, presentations and community events

 Oversee a portfolio of existing individual donors to maintain and increase their support

 Perform excellent donor stewardship through timely gift acknowledgement, donor recognition, and by engaging individual donors in agency events and activities

 Develop and maintain a formal Planned Giving Program

 Work collaboratively within the Development Department to ensure cohesive implementation of annual giving plan with fundraising activities, agency events, collateral development and marketing strategies

 Prepare detailed financial revenue analysis and progress reports for Development Department, Management Team and Finance Committee Competencies

Salary Range: $57,200 - $85,700
