Information Systems Manager at the University of Warwick

Are you interested in a new challenge? Do you care about data? Can you bring people with you? As our Information and Systems Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to transform how Warwick manages alumni, donor and stakeholder data.

We’re looking for an insightful and creative manager to lead the implementation of our Development and Alumni Engagement data strategy. Suitable candidates may have worked in marketing/CRM/information management/data analyst/alumni engagement/fundraising/admin roles and will be highly competent in analysing data using Excel, RE, MS Dynamics 365 or other bespoke fundraising/CRM platforms. Information security and GDPR knowledge are essential. 

This role is available at an exciting time. The team has just embarked on a major project to replace the University’s current alumni database (Raiser’s Edge) with an advanced platform, Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM).  This offers you a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in a specialist field, and establish new ways of working across the University at a time when the need for integrated digital platforms has never been more important.
