 Job Responsibilities:

• Process donations.

• Maintain digital and constituent records.

• Ensure gift receipts and donor acknowledgment letters are sent in a timely manner. 

• Produce regular pledge reminders

• Assist with data requests, including queries, exports, lists, and reports.

• Routinely monitor internal and external communication sources.

• Provide administrative and logistical support, as needed.

 

Experience and Required Skills:

• Experience with Raiser’s Edge and related Blackbaud platforms.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to constituent records.

• Accurate and consistent data entry and record upkeep.

• Experience working in an independent school setting preferred.
