Hello Everyone!


I am looking for the best recommendations on how to share the donor login site after the initial invitation email? How have other institutions provided this link? An email through the system or handled on a case by case basis?

Would love to hear from other clients on this but we recommend using the notification emails if anything has changed for particular donor contacts (updated fund info, new recipients, bulletins, etc.).

If nothing has changed and you just want to encourage donors to log in, you can share the main link to the portal in an ad hoc email, an email outside your system or link from a page on your website to the main portal page.

To email specific donors their individual invitation links you can request a list of all invitation email links from Support and email individual donors their specific invitation links in ad hoc or external emails.
