Hello Blackbaud Community! Phoenix Rescue Mission is currently looking for an effective Leadership Giving Officer to steward our mid-level giving donors! The position is being offered either in-person in Phoenix, AZ or as a remote position.
Phoenix Rescue Mission provides Christ-centered life transforming solutions to persons facing hunger, homelessness, addiction, and trauma.
The Leadership Giving Officer - Mid-Level Gifts works closely with the Senior Director of Leadership Giving and Direct Response team to implement a program strategy and comprehensive cultivation and stewardship program for mid-level donors. The position will also be responsible for implementing strategies that upgrade smaller sum donors to mid-level giving with the ultimate goal of building stronger mid- and major-level giving pipelines.
