What???? Tomorrow is March 1, you say??? How did that happen? It was just March 2020, wasn't it? Now that things are slowly, and cautiously, getting back to something somewhat bordering normality, what will you be doing differently? We are still working remotely most of the time, with each of my Team covering the office one day a week. We have actually had two limited in-person events in the past couple of months, and are planning (hoping) to have our signature event live in May.


Personally, I am still wary of flying, even though I have been recently been vaccinated. I haven't seen The Fam in NJ in over a year and that hurts, but I still want to keep everyone safe. So we have been taking long weekend road trips to isolated places just to get out of the house.


What will you be doing differently as Winter becomes Spring and as Spring becomes Summer and as life slowly crawls back to something somewhat bordering normality?

I think everything is up in the air for me. Step one is to get the vaccine, which I probably won't be eligible until April.


Step two is to figure out what this new remote life looks like for me. It's definitely opened up a world of opportunities!


Step three is to start the travel planning engines for the fall, I'm optimistic travel will be back open and I have a trip to Italy to finish.

We have some unfinished trips as well! Can't wait to start traveling again!

I hope we can keep working remotely. Like Patti we are rotating our days so that the office is covered. I really want to go on vacation this year and see family and friends that we haven't see lately. I don't know if I will be able to talk the better half into a vacation this year, may have to wait until next year. Fingers crossed! We will still keep doing things the way that we have been for a while longer.

I love that my new job has given me the opportunity to work from home when necessary but I like being in the office much more. I'm more productive and can socialize with more than the puppy.


I actually flew last summer and felt completely safe doing so. We even took a family trip in December from Kentucky to Florida with no hiccups (had to drive, though, since one of our kids had a positive COVID test with no symptoms).


Really, I am ready to get back to no masks or anything. Zoom meetings are a nice convenience but I much prefer in-person! So much easier on conversing.

I CAN'T WAIT TO START TRAVELING AGAIN!!!!!


I haven't seen my brother in ages, who lives in London, England, and my choir was supposed to go to Vienna, Austria, in June of last year. I miss just going to other US states! I miss traveling for sports! WAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
