Software System

Our community foundation is researching various software systems. Our asset size is approx. $125M. We currently use Blackbaud FIMS in unison with Corvu for reporting and with Academic Works for scholarships.


We are looking for an integrated system that encompasses all of our foundation needs including accounting, donor portal, grant management, scholarship management, etc.


What Blackbaud systems do you use? What are the pros and cons of your system(s)?

    We use Financial Edge (for Accounting), Raisers Edge(for Donations), they do have a grant portal and a scholarship management portal but we do not use either one of those. We do have the Peer to Peer (powered by Justgiving) and NetCommunity.


    I have seen a demo of the scholarship management tool/donor portal and it looks really cool. Our University is on Banner so going to the scholarship management tool may not be the best option for us at this time. I am going to follow this post. I am interested to se what others say!
