Post acceptance info please

I was wondering if someone would be willing to talk to a few folks at Montgomery College (2-year school) about how they utilize their post acceptance features... acquiring thank you letters and the like.


We have a very convoluted system and are looking to simplify and for advice.

Keven, please give more info? What system are you using (RE NXT?) and are you talking about acknowledgement processes, or the entire post-gift stewardship process?

Thanks for responding Faith... I would have responded earlier however figuring out exactly HOW to do so has taken me quite some time... this system isn't as intuitive as I'd like. Each time I clicked on your reply notification it took me back to the main page... it was so weird.


Anyway, being new to this I may have not asked the right community. I'm working in the awarding software FKA Academic Works. We are having issues with our old hard copy procedure of gathering thank you letters from scholarship recipients and translating it into a more automated electronic process. I was looking for institutions who utilize the post acceptance function and how successful they have been with it.
