We're looking for someone with strong skills in Raiser's Edge, Luminate, or other Blackbaud products to join the RRHF team! This person will be the technical partner in our donor communications strategy.

The Digital Platform Analyst is the technical owner of the tools used for email, web forms, and online giving. Serves as the product owner of Luminate Online: creates standard protocols, manages the integration with the database and overall data hygiene (email addresses, communication codes, event details, etc.) Coordinates data transfer between Raiser’s Edge, Luminate, and Thank View. Interfaces with the Annual Giving and Donor Engagement teams on scheduling communications and generates lists for emails, mailings, etc.

LOCATION: 330 Monroe Avenue | Remote (Rochester, NY Based)

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday

ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in database or fundraising-related work.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

• Experience with Blackbaud products (Raiser's Edge, Luminate Online, etc.) is preferred.
• Highly analytical and data driven.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities at one time.
• Desire to work within a team environment.
• Must handle confidential materials with discretion.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and use of pivot tables) and database management.
• Knowledge of or an ability to learn basic HTML.
