The membership coordinators manage membership records in Blackbaud eTapestry, support membership growth and involvement, and support communications about members. Coordination with other staff members is often involved. Tasks may include creating and updating membership records, ensuring the integrity of the membership database, regularly revising email templates, and providing monthly membership reports. There is extensive Email and phone communication with members.
