Development Services Associate
P.G. Chambers School, a private non-profit school and therapeutic service organization serving over 900 students with complex developmental disabilities, located in Cedar Knolls, NJ, seeks a full-time professional to assist in securing philanthropic resources by managing development back office operations including the Raisers’ Edge Operating System, all aspects of gift accounting and acknowledgement, data analysis and prospect research, data management, matching gift and monthly giving program, and community partnerships. The candidate will join a staff of three and will be an integral member of the development team.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced fund raising/corporate office and would possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor degree and/or relevant experience, excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills, data management experience and/or knowledge of Raisers’ Edge software, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, good interpersonal and writing skills, creativity, ability to manage multiple priorities, research and layout/design skills a plus, professional acumen and desire to be both back office and front line support, as needed.
