POSITION SUMMARY

Join a growing and dynamic fundraising team at Conservation International (CI) as our new Senior Coordinator, Development Operations. You will provide critical support to the Development Division, which leads philanthropic fundraising from individuals and foundations, raising between $50-100M per year. The Senior Coordinator plays a key role in gift processing for Development, as well as our corporate and public fundraising teams, and helps to ensure our donor database, Raiser’s Edge, is clean and up to date. The successful candidate for this role will have a passion for details and databases. They will also have a high level of familiarity with Raiser’s Edge, and an interest in learning more about the system’s capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities include gift processing, constituent record updates, and general support to the Director of Development Systems & Analytics. Specific responsibilities include:

• Enter all gifts and pledges received by Conservation International through various channels into Raiser’s Edge.
• Run data checks to ensure data accuracy across fundraising systems tools.
• Retrieve data from third party sites and complete data refreshes daily.
• Fulfill data update requests from Fundraising Operations inbox.
• Validate and enter opportunity records into Raiser’s Edge.
• Coordinate matching gift approvals and workplace giving entry.
• Complete data hygiene projects as assigned.
• Assist with acknowledgment letter processes and setup.
• Administrative tasks as needed for the Operations team.
