Packaging Awards

Hello BBAM Community,

I’m hoping to find like institutions who can share with me how you package awards or anything that you could share regarding this process. We currently have opportunities in our BBAM system housing funds from various colleges/departments along with funds from our Office of Student Financial Aid office in the system. We are hoping to be able to package multiple scholarships consisting of college/departments funds and stacking them against Central/University level scholarships.

Anything that you can be shares on packaging Foundation funds with University (College/department, Student Financial Aid office), best practices (dos and don’ts) would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure whether this matters but our Student Financial Aid Office uses PeopleSoft for processing scholarships.
