Santa Fe Christian Schools is seeking a qualified Development Coordinator whose focus will be Gift Analytics.

Performing tasks in gift processing, database management, research, donor services, and event support; the Development Coordinator must be passionate about solving complicated problems, learning complex systems, working with numbers, and organizing and communicating their findings to the development team.

This individual must effectively interface with various groups and individuals (strong people skills) and handle confidential information appropriately. A self-starter with a strong work ethic who enjoys a challenging, fast-paced environment, this individual must be able to work with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate must be a spiritually sensitive individual who understands the mission of Santa Fe Christian Schools and is committed to advancing this in the lives of our students. In addition, this individual will serve as a Christian role model (I Timothy 4:12) both in and out of school (Luke 6:40) and be an example to parents and fellow employees in judgment, dignity, and respect.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Prior experience with Raiser's Edge a plus
  • Knowledge of office equipment and efficient procedures and practices
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications:

  • High level of professionalism
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience demonstrating strong acumen to succeed
  • Instinctive ability to prioritize and quickly address core tasks
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced working environment
