The mission of Neighborcare Health is to provide comprehensive health care to families and individuals who have difficulty accessing care; respond with sensitivity to the needs of our culturally diverse patients; and advocate and work with others to improve the overall health status of the communities we serve.

The Development Manager is responsible for managing, planning, producing, and staffing fundraising, community facing, and some internal events. This includes, but is not limited to managing budgets, corporate sponsorships, program development, event logistics and publicity. The Development Manager also is responsible for cultivating relationships with our annual and emerging level donors (small to mid-level) in partnership with our Leadership Giving Manager. The Development Manager also assists with donor publications, fundraising strategy and annual giving campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Development as part of a broader team focused on developing financial resources, the Development Manager leads our event suite and looks for new opportunities to engage supporters in support of Neighborcare’s mission.
