BC High is seeing to fill the following position located in Boston MA, on Morrissey Boulevard.

Position: Campaign Coordinator

Department: Advancement

Reports to: Vice President of Institutional Advancement

Summary

The Campaign Coordinator serves as a key member of the Advancement team by supporting the Vice President in executing BC High’s upcoming capital campaign. The Campaign Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the VP and will collaborate closely with the Senior Director, Campaign and Major gifts, working across Advancement teams to support all campaign initiatives and activities. The incumbent will have significant interaction with internal and external constituencies including BC High’s President and Cabinet, Trustees, donors and faculty/staff.

Key Priorities for this role include

● Provide high-level administrative support for Vice President including but not limited to managing calendar, phone, scheduling and supporting meetings, making travel arrangements and creating itineraries, and managing expenses

● Under the guidance of the Vice President and working closely with the Senior Director Campaign and Major Gifts, support campaign committee activities including scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes, and follow up communications

● Utilizing Raisers Edge NXT, enter data for Vice President including actions/contact reports, proposals, and other constituent information; run reports, queries/exports, email and mail merges, and dashboards

● Draft correspondence and assist Vice President in drafting and/or editing briefings, proposals, creating presentations and other internal and external communications both written and digital

● Provide support for campaign and other Advancement events including using Raisers Edge NXT Events module to track attendance/run RSVP reports, produce nametags, provide on-site assistance at events as requested

● Model Advancement team values of collaboration, teamwork, professionalism and mutual respect to build a culture of trust within a high performing team

● Engage with BC High community to stay current on key happenings and the School’s strategic direction

● Serve as an ambassador for BC High’s Advancement department to colleagues within the school community as well as local, regional and national events

● Other duties as assigned; some weekend/evening work is required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of professional administrative experience required, experience in a fundraising or department preferred

• Exceptional writing, communication, interpersonal skills and a sense of humor are required

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, digital communication tools, and databases is required, proficiency in Raiser’s Edge fundraising software is preferred

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across internal and external constituencies

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with high attention to organization and detail

• Ability to work outside of regular business hours when necessary
