YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for the administration of all donor database systems to enhance fundraising.
  • You will supervise the Database and Prospect Research Analyst.
  • You will design, implement, and manage a comprehensive advancement services operation, including prospect research, development operations, and stewardship.
  • You will serve as the liaison between the Resource Development team and the IT department.
  • You will provide reporting and analytics for the Resource Development department and Leadership Giving team.
  • You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • A bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in development operations and/or data management is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You have 3 years’ experience in program management with demonstrated success in building teams and partnerships with various constituencies.
  • You have advanced knowledge of Blackbaud’s suite of products, with a Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge Professional certification preferred.
  • You have significant skills in leadership, developing others, and managing performance.
  • You have an ability to efficiently develop and coordinate a variety of activities and programs.
  • You have evidence of strong initiative, self-direction, flexibility, and time management skills.
  • You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
