    I'll be at anything RE and data nerdy. Priority 1 is “Why Database Managers Should Use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT Web View” with Bill Connors (aka “Bill who wrote the book”).

    I'm thrilled with all the professional development sessions this year such as On Being Perfectly Imperfect addressing mental health issues around the pandemic, as well as the DEI workshops like Making the Web Accessible to All and Ethics of Research and Data-Driving Fundraising.

    And of course the more hands-on ones like NXT Tips and Tricks (because Lisa and Jarod are awesome) and Bill Connor's session.

    Amy, I am looking forward to starting my Thursday off with your session, Empowering Database Managers. I'm in healthcare so I will be attending Wednesday's Super Session on new healthcare trends. And because I want to increase my use of NXT as a data person, I'm hoping to learn a great deal in the Customizable Reports in NXT session on Thursday. In addition, I hope that people are up for meetings outside of these sessions. I was going to send notices to a few people but thought it best to wait until Wednesday.
