Summary:

We are searching for a Database Analyst -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will maintain operation and integrity of Blackbaud CRM, the organization’s fundraising information management system. This includes maintaining donor database and designing and providing analytical reports and information support needed for fundraising activities.

Responsibilities :

Runs extractions from Blackbaud CRM for preparation of mailing lists, prospect lists, donor lists and reports to support fundraising activities, as needed by the development staff

Designs and produces reports proactively, using all aspects of the software and at the request of the development staff

Leads and manages projects to explore options both in house and using third-party tools to automate /facilitate accuracy of data

Performs data imports and exports of constituent information

Provides project management for any technical projects tied to the database (i.e. upgrades, enhancements, new reporting software, switching merchant accounts, etc.)

Provides testing for any upgrades and enhancements in the development environment, staging environment, and production environment

Build out a test plan, work with IT, Blackbaud, and Concourse to manage any issue

Qualifications:

Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required for all employees unless approved for a medical or religious exemption

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in database management or related field required

Experience with Blackbaud products preferred

Advanced knowledge of designing, developing, and generating reports from a relational database using Structured Query Language (SQL) is preferred

Fundraising information management systems experience is preferred
