Points missing?

Is anyone else not getting points on the bbcon leaderboard? I've done some of the actions, and my points haven't changed. In fact, they went down one point. bbcon support was not helpful.

I noticed it took the better part of an hour for the points to be reflected on the bbcon leaderboard. It's not instant gratification like the Blackbaud Community!

And I saw that I received a measly 4 points. Definitely not the nice point levels like the Blackbaud Community!

I did some of the actions yesterday, and my points went down ? I am up two points since I posted this…

Same. BB support wasn't helpful. I hope my points start showing up! Sidenote: Why am I so motivated by fake points?? Ha!

At the K-12 UC conference this summer I did all the activities the day before because I had the time and then they “refreshed” the board the day of the conference and I lost all my points so I gave up. ?

Sunshine - I just noticed that you lost two badges you had earlier. So something is wonky.

I only know because I was visiting all the marketplace vendors to get some points & badges and you were the only one who had 3 badges. I was trying to get all the badges as well, so I kept coming back to refresh and see if I was beating you. ? That's when I notice that two of your badges disappeared.

You should have Virtual Explorer and Voice Your Opinion but they are missing for you now at 7:50pm. BOOOO!!!!!!

I too am seeing points that seem to be different than my interactions. I've chatted more than once in every session and answered the surveys when they've been available (only twice from all the sessions I've attended, I realize there was an issue), yet I don't have many of those points.

I guess we are seeing which ones of us are competitive. ?

In two of the sessions today, the poll tab during the session had a few questions. When it happened (and it wasn't for all of them) a green dot appeared next to the word “poll” when the questions became active.

Hopefully there will be more opportunities for poll/surveys tomorrow,
