Cause and Solution is Hiring: Solutions Analyst

The Solution Analyst partners with non-profit organizations to successfully support Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT solutions and provide personalized support services. This role understands fundraising products with a working knowledge of financial accounting, accounting products and can help lead project success by relating best practice methods to a non-profit environment that helps the client with a timely and effective solution.

• Ability to support solutions within Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge related products
• Understands key fundraising and accounting terminology and concepts to be an effective member of the operations team and a resource to potential clients
• Partners with the Senior Data Scientists to ensure successful managed service solutions are provided to the client
• Focused on attention to detail in entry of data
• Understands and performs processing on philanthropic gifts into the Raiser’s Edge and producing acknowledgment of those gifts in MS Word merges
• Persistent in asking questions that can help problem solve issues
• Can have fun in the workplace with a mid-size organization seeking to better the non-profit sector as a partner in philanthropic innovation
• 1-2 years of successful database related experience preferred
• Demonstrated and related software experience
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Willingness to be creative and work towards a positive customer experience
• Experience in the non-profit sector a plus
• Experience working with Blackbaud products and related certification a plus
