YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be work closely with the Senior Director of Leadership Giving and Leadership Giving Officers to manage the operations of the team, including mid-level, major, and planned giving.
  • You will generate analyze reports from Raiser’s Edge and other databases, providing them to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will manage departmental projects, including the stewardship of donors through the creation of bi-annual impact reports, holiday acknowledgments, letters, and other communications to donors.
  • You will provide stewardship to unassigned mid-level giving donors and pre-mid-level giving donors.
  • You will coordinate interdepartmental communication, particularly communication between the Leadership Giving team and the Resource Development teams, ensuring timely responses and completion of requests.
  • You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in fundraising, service, or other related fields.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a fundraising, development, or customer service role strongly preferred.
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office apps.
  • You are comfortable becoming proficient in fundraising management systems, such as Raiser’s Edge, and other tools such as Gratavid and Addressable.
  • You show strong instincts and sound judgment and critical thinking in decision-making.
  • You operate with personal ownership and accountability.
  • You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
