The University of Central Arkansas (UCA) located in Conway, Arkansas is looking to hire a new Executive Director of Advancement Services to join the University Advancement team. This position reports directly to the Vice President for University Advancement and will be primarily responsible for the administration of the alumni and friends database, Raiser’s Edge NXT and will supervise the Advancement Services team. Founded in 1907, UCA has an enrollment of more than 10,000, of which more than 15% are graduate students. The university offers more than 90 undergraduate and 60 graduate certificate and degree programs, including doctoral programs in five disciplines. The university recently launched the public phase of its $100M fundraising campaign, UCA NOW: Impact Arkansas and Beyond.
