Business Analyst Position at Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation in Phoenix, AZ

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, is a natural problem solver, is self-motivated, technologically savvy, and team-oriented. Projects will be directly aligned with individual, mid-level and major giving fundraising initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze broad data sets to identify trends and transform data into successful analysis in order to develop actionable recommendations that drive strategy. Able to summarize information to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
  • Independently design and implement comprehensive data mining and proactive prospect identification processes for fundraising initiatives. Schedules and implements regular prospect screening.
  • Build, maintain, support, tools that enable program operations such as donor list management tools;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills, a curious nature, demonstrated initiative, and the business acumen necessary to turn numbers into a narrative.
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, resolve problems, follow through, and simultaneously manage multiple priorities to ensure goals are met in a timely manner.
  • Also required is dependability, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate would have experience with Blackbaud products, advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL, Power BI and project management tools such as Smartsheet.
