REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Donation Management
Enter CCHMC donations into the donor database consisting of general donations, event donations, direct mail responses, corporate donations, major gifts, estate gifts, gift in kinds, payments on pledges and tribute donations, etc. Set up and create new gift batches. Process credit card and cash donations through donor database. Create tribute accounts and attach appropriate family acknowledgment information. Set up matching gift donations and create matching gift pledge. Create complex queries, perform mail merges and set up reports.

System
Work with Manager of Gift Processing to ensure timely deposit and accurate entry of all fundraising and event-related data. Use contact entry forms to record all necessary information and important details from donor interaction, including stewardship activities with donors and prospects. Work directly in Raiser's Edge and Luminate.

Required: Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Experience

Salary Range $22.34-$32.11
