Data Management Position for Education Non-Profit

We are seeking an experienced individual to fulfill a critical operational role providing crucial data and analysis in support of organizational revenue goals and communication needs for our Los Angeles based non-profit, the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation.

The position oversees all aspects of the organization’s donor database (Raiser’s Edge), including improving database utilization, making informed recommendations, and supporting the identification, solicitation, and stewardship of donors and prospects. The ideal candidate is proactive and will ensure that operational resources and procedures support and facilitate the organizational goals. Duties include gift entry, analysis of trends and statistics to guide fundraising work, reliable reporting, and adherence to best practices.
