Easterseals Central Illinois has been serving children and families in central Illinois for over 100 years! We have an incredible mission to help children with developmental delays, disabilities and other special needs reach their full potential, and we're looking to fill a critical role on our development team. The Donor Services Manager plays a crucial technical role in the Development Department’s daily operations, which includes an annual campaign, capital campaign and stewardship, and special events. The person in this role will lead the development and maintenance of Easterseals Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, and will collaborate with and support the Development team by pulling and mining data to understand key trends and generate insights to inform improved engagement and stewardship. The Donor Services Manager will manage the integrity of agency donor data and to ensure all the right processes and protocols are operationalized in the system. The Donor Services Manager will be a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver with a passion for our mission and the donors who support it.
