San Diego Rescue Mission - Donor Services Coordinator

The San Diego Rescue Mission is looking for an integral team member in our Donor Services Department. The Donor Services Coordinator is a driving force to building relationships with our donors. We are looking for someone who is highly relational and eager to connect with others but can balance administrative duties. This role will require someone who has initiative and can troubleshoot situations. The Donor Services team is growing, so team members should be flexible and adaptable to taking on new responsibilities and opportunities to serve the Development Department.

Donor Services Coordinator

The Donor Services Coordinator will lead our donor care efforts by facilitating the daily donation and receipting processes. They are the point of contact for questions or concerns regarding donations and donor records. They will coordinate our team’s donor communications by organizing marketing resources or interfacing with our community partners. This role will also provide support for the development team with projects and events as assigned by the Donor Services Manager.
