Springpoint in Wall Township, NJ is seeking a Foundation Donor Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engagement and fundraising strategies to enhance and grow revenue and current and prospective donors. Responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive donor relations, stewardship, recognition and retention program in support of the fundraising efforts of the Foundation team. Collaborate with internal and external constituencies to determine the best strategies for effective stewardship of donors, creating a gratifying gift experience for all donors in support of the Springpoint Foundation’s mission.

Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills that are effective with a diverse range of audiences including volunteers, internal staff, donors, executives, potential funding partners and all constituencies. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and have an exceptional understanding of philanthropy as it relates to the not-for-profit organization and a wide and deep knowledge of fundamental disciplines of resource development. Detail oriented, well organized, focused and goal oriented, with a high level of initiative and energy, as well as problem solving skills.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum two years of nonprofit donor relations experience.
This position will be based in our Wall Township office and requires some travel to Springpoint's Life Plan Communities.
