General scholarship application questions and stewardship touchpoints from students

Hello! Would anyone be willing to share what short answer questions they may ask on the general scholarship application? I am looking to update ours and include a few new questions. My goal is to use the answers to the short answer questions for stewardship touchpoints later in the semester. Does anyone have an touchpoints they use besides a thank you letter after being offered a scholarship?
