Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (“GSEMA”) seeks a Director of Leadership Giving to join the Fund Development team.

Working closely with and reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Director of Leadership Giving will manage the major gifts program for GSEMA. As part of the Fund Development senior leadership, the Director will actively participate in developing strategy, planning, budgeting, implementing, and assessing the success of the GSEMA’s fundraising. The Director is responsible for achieving both individual and team-based fundraising goals and objectives.

This full-time role is a hybrid work arrangement with work from home, at designated GSEMA offices, in communities served, and at designated GSEMA properties as needed. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
