With primary focus on Annual Giving, the Director of Development will play a key role in the expansion of the fundraising program, primarily by directing a comprehensive Annual Fund and Constituent Engagement Program. The Director will expand the base of philanthropic support, solicit special and annual gifts, and provide strategic direction for the Annual Giving Program. Occasional meetings at different CCC locations and in the community may be required; travel for conferences, cultivation, and solicitation may be required.
